You deserve the support, and we're here to make it easy for you.

Schedule Your Appointment

Our friendly Practice Manager, Arleisa is here to assist you in scheduling your appointment and addressing any enquiries you may have.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a Welcome Email that includes access to our Client Intake Form. This form will help us get to know you better, so we can make the most of our time together in our first session.

Your Initial Consult

In your 60-minute consult, we'll connect in person or via telehealth (video or phone). This is a collaborative process, creating familiarity with your dietitian and our counselling approach.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We completely understand your concern, and it's completely okay to have questions about your weight. We embrace a non-diet and body-inclusive philosophy, which means that we steer away from traditional dieting approaches that often promote restrictive eating and unrealistic body standards.

Our holistic approach incorporates gentle nutrition, mindful and intuitive eating practices, and body image healing, all grounded in self-compassion. Together, we'll work collaboratively to address your concerns and tailor our guidance to your unique needs and goals. You're not alone in this, and we're here to provide the guidance and support you deserve on your journey towards a healthier relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

  • A non-diet dietitian is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who practices an approach to nutrition and well-being that is focused on holistic health and wellbeing rather than traditional dieting.

Our goal is to help you develop a healthy and peaceful relationship with food, your body, and yourself. We embrace body diversity and work to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports your overall wellbeing, rather than solely focusing on weight or numbers on a scale.

  • Intuitive Eating is an approach to nutrition and eating that encourages you to reconnect with your body's natural hunger and fullness cues. It's about listening to your body's signals rather than following external diet rules or restrictions.

With Intuitive Eating, you learn to trust your body's wisdom, make food choices based on your cravings and preferences, and cultivate a healthy relationship with food.
