Non-Diet Dietitian – Part-Time, Virtual

Are you a heart-led clinician who feels called to help women heal their relationship with food, body, and self?

Do you value doing this work in a way that is conscious, compassionate, and deeply authentic?

Are you seeking a role where you’re genuinely supported, can work from home, and feel part of a warm, connected virtual team that truly walks the talk?

Welcome to Wellbeing is a growing virtual dietetic clinic offering non-diet, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming care. We’re seeking a motivated, values-aligned dietitian to join our team and provide virtual support to clients Australia-wide.

If you thrive in a supportive team environment, love working independently with purpose, and value depth, authenticity, and connection in your client work — this could be the perfect role for you.

About You

You’re not looking for a job where you simply “see clients.” You want to belong to a practice that reflects your values. You’re seeking to be part of something bigger than yourself — while doing work that feels meaningful and aligned.

 You’re someone who:

  • Feels deeply connected to the work of empowering women through food freedom

  • Wants to be part of a movement, not just a clinic

  • Understands the importance of boundaries, spaciousness, and the energy you bring to client work

  • Would be proud to work for a practice that does things differently — and does them with care

  • Is self-aware, curious, and committed to your own personal growth

  • Lives in a way that feels intentional and aligned

  • Feels called to support women in becoming the most authentic version of themselves

You might be feeling disillusioned by fast-paced clinical work that’s disconnected from your values — or perhaps you’ve longed to be part of a team that values feminine energy, intuition, and meaningful connection.

About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to join our virtual team — someone with 2–4 years of experience in the non-diet and eating disorder space who feels called to do meaningful, reflective, client-centred work.

In this role, you’ll support clients virtually across Australia using a compassionate, non-diet, body-inclusive, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming lens. As a valued member of our team, you’ll empower and inspire clients to build more peaceful and positive relationships with food, eating, and body image. You’ll work with individuals experiencing eating disorders, as well as those navigating complex relationships with food, body and self.

 You’ll Ideally:

  • Have experience applying the non-diet approach and supporting clients with eating disorders or disordered eating

  • Be a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician — or currently working toward this

  • Have completed training in RAVES, Intuitive Eating, or Mindful Eating (desired but not essential)

  • Feel comfortable holding space for clients as they explore the deeper layers of healing — beyond food and nutrition alone

  • Have strong time management skills and clear boundary setting

  • Thrive working independently, while also valuing connection within a virtual team

  • Be open to clinical supervision, reflective practice, and collaborative growth

  • Feel confident using technology (including AI tools), or be open and willing to learn

This role will start as a 0.4 FTE position, with the opportunity to grow into a 0.6 FTE after three months. There may be some after-hours or weekend sessions to meet client needs.

Along with generous superannuation and paid leave, we also offer a bonus structure as part of our commitment to supporting you.

This is not a stepping-stone role. It’s a home for the right person — someone ready to grow and feel proud of the care they offer and the community they’re part of.

About Welcome to Wellbeing

We’re not your typical dietetic practice. Welcome to Wellbeing is a values-led team thoughtfully transitioning to a fully virtual model, enabling us to provide non-diet, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming care to women across metro, regional, and rural Australia.

We’ve created a nurturing space where women can come home to themselves — a place where they feel safe to explore their relationship with food, eating, and body from a place of mindful self-compassion. This journey asks our clients to lean into vulnerability, challenge long-held beliefs, and grow beyond diet culture and body shame.

As clinicians, we hold space for deep, courageous work with our clients — and it’s just as important that we’re doing that work too. We believe in staying open, questioning our beliefs, and being willing to grow, just like the clients we support.

In this role, you’ll be encouraged and supported to expand your self-awareness and evolve in ways that feel authentic to you. We want you to do this inner work — to explore what it means to live a life rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and growth.

How to Apply:

If you feel your values align with ours and you can see yourself becoming part of our warm, virtual team, we’d love to hear from you.

 Please send:

  • A cover letter sharing why this role feels like a good fit for you and how your experience aligns with the position

  • Your current CV including the names and contact details of three professional referees
