Professional Education & Training for Health Professionals

At Welcome to Wellbeing, we provide specialised, evidence-informed education tailored for healthcare professionals supporting individuals experiencing disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns. Our training is firmly grounded in current clinical research and delivered through a compassionate, trauma-informed, non-diet framework that promotes inclusive and respectful care.

We recognise that clients experiencing disordered eating or eating disorders often face complex challenges, and these conditions may sometimes go unrecognised. Our education is designed to build clinicians’ awareness, confidence, and skills while fostering collaboration to provide compassionate, informed support for clients with concerns related to food, eating, and body—ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.

Our live virtual webinars, in-service sessions, and lunch-and-learns are thoughtfully designed to accommodate the busy schedules of general practitioners and allied health clinicians across metropolitan, regional, and rural Australia. We emphasise practical knowledge translation that can be immediately applied in clinical practice.
