Supportive Programs for Healing — Coming Soon

We know that beginning your recovery or exploring your relationship with food and your body can feel overwhelming and even a little scary. Not everyone is ready to jump straight into one-on-one sessions — and that’s completely okay.

Our gentle, self-paced online programs are here to meet you exactly where you are, offering a compassionate first step on your healing journey.

Carefully designed by our team of experienced non-diet dietitians, these programs create a safe, nurturing space where you can pause, reflect, and learn — all at your own pace, in your own time. Whether you’re working through disordered eating patterns, years of dieting, or simply struggling with body discomfort, you’ll find kindness, understanding, and practical tools to support you.

Our Programs & Who
They’re For

FOOD AND BODY PEACE PROGRAM

If you’re feeling trapped in the exhausting cycle of dieting, emotional eating, and constant worry about your weight or body shape, you’re not alone. These struggles can leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected, and exhausted by the relentless pressure to “fix” your body and eating habits. Our Food and Body Peace Program is here to offer you a compassionate and gentle way forward—a path toward freedom, acceptance, and kindness for yourself.

This program is designed especially for women who have been caught up in years of dieting, food guilt, and harsh self-judgment, and who are ready to find a new way to live—without rules, restrictions, or shame. You’ll learn how to reconnect with your body’s natural signals of hunger and fullness, develop mindful and intuitive eating skills, and cultivate deep self-compassion so you can stop the cycle of emotional eating and critical thoughts about your body.

Please remember: this program is designed to complement individual dietitian care or to support you if you’re not yet ready for one-on-one sessions. It offers a nurturing, self-paced way to begin healing and reclaim your peace with food and your body, on your terms.

A Note from Carlia

"Over the years, I’ve worked with so many women who wanted to feel better about food and their bodies — but weren’t quite ready for regular sessions or needed something gentle to help them feel safe starting this work. These online programs have been created for those women — and for you.

My hope is that as you move through this journey, you feel held, seen, and supported. That you begin to trust yourself again, and find moments of relief and hope as you gently rebuild your relationship with food, eating, and your body — in your own time and on your own terms.

You deserve support that feels kind, respectful, and grounded in compassion — not pressure or perfection. Wherever you are right now is enough. I’m so glad you’re here.”

With Warmth,

Carlia Lozo
