Fiona Kupresanin APD


Fiona is a Senior Associate Accredited Practising Dietitian and an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with years of valuable experience in private practice.  She enjoys helping her clients improve their relationship with food using a compassionate and caring approach.  She is committed to providing her clients individualised support utilising the Non-Diet Approach to guide her practice. 

Fiona has a passion for working with individuals with troubled relationships with food/eating and body image concerns.  She is experienced in providing nutrition interventions for various conditions including:
•    Eating Disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED)
•    Type 2 Diabetes
•    High cholesterol
•    High blood pressure
•    Arthritis and inflammatory joint disease
•    Food allergies and intolerances
•    Irritable Bowel Syndrome (implementing the FODMAP approach) 

Fiona also has a particular interest in the effect of nutrition on physical performance. She has completed a Certificate III in Fitness and a Sports Nutrition Course at the Australian Institute of Sport and enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion in this area.

In her work, Fiona draws on her extensive and successful medical research career attained in prominent Australian institutions and hospitals.  You can find her published research papers in numerous scientific journals.

Fiona enjoys spending time at the beach, reading a good book and catching up with friends over a coffee or glass of wine in her spare time.
